Designed for Industrial Craft, Arbor is a sculptural cheese knife inspired by the trees from which it is made. The knife stands upright when not in use, keeping the blade clean while lending a striking presence to the table. By allowing function to dictate form, the project transforms an everyday utensil into an object that is equally at home in use or at rest.
